Africa stole my heart 27 years ago. I have been going back ever since, camera in hand, chasing light and wild beauty across the continent.
From the skies to the savannah
For 40 years I worked as a flight attendant, most of that time in First Class with VIP guests from every corner of the world. I learned how to read a room, how to make strangers feel at ease, and how small details turn a journey into something unforgettable. Now I bring that same care to the women who travel with me. I no longer serve drinks at 35,000 feet; I hand you a camera at sunrise and whisper, „Look, there, by the acacia tree.“
Why I lead photography safaris
I am a wildlife photographer because I cannot imagine doing anything else. I have spent countless hours in hides, jeeps, and dusty camps across Africa, waiting for the moment when an elephant’s ear catches the golden light, or a cheetah lifts her head from the grass. Through experience I believe women see the wild differently, softer perhaps, but no less powerful. I want to help you find that voice, grow your confidence and lift you to the level of photography skills you always wanted.
More than a photo trip
For me, a safari is not about ticking off species or filling memory cards. It is about slowing down until the bush lets you in. It is about the Maasai guide who shares his grandfather’s stories, the silence before a lioness moves, the moment you realize you have been holding your breath. My years among people from every culture taught me that the best images come from connection, not just proximity. That is what I build into every trip.
Who travels with me
Women who are curious, not just ambitious. Who want to learn, laugh, and maybe cry a little when a wild dog pup stumbles into the sunlight.
